Peacock Villas

When it comes to recommending someone to an Airbnb in Exuma , this will definitely be my first choice. Because other than clear communication between our host and her being very responsive before our trip even started , everything about Peacock Villas was accurate and still exceeded my expectations in some ways compared to other Airbnb's you may stay at. One of the mornings during the stay, there was an island issue that didn't had anything to do with our host, but she still made it her interest to come to us right away and let us know what was going on, also suggested a way to help until the issue was fixed. That reminded me of an Airbnb I stayed at where there also was an issue (THIS ISSUE WAS THEIR PROBLEM), in return we were left "RUNNING" behind them for assistance, which was a complete disappointment. I can go on and on about our stay and my experience with Zoey , but what I've said already should be enough ! BOOK WITH ZOEY!! BOOK WITH ZOEY!!

Zoey’s place was absolutely amazing. We were amazed to see how spacious the rooms and living room space really were, we felt right at home. There was one issue, the microwave wasn’t working . However, I let Zoey know and within 10 minutes, to my surprise, she brought us a brand new one. Her communication was great and she definitely made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. I’ll definitely be back & highly recommend staying here!

Super accommodating to a frazzled traveler and his family when we were marooned on Exuma

I would like to say, my stay was nothing short from perfect. Zoey is a very kind and welcoming host, and Zoey’s place is definitely home away from home. My short stay felt like a lifetime most definitely a comfortable stay knowing that all of the amenities provided were there and knowing that I wasn’t far from home. I would 100% recommend Zoey’s place as your choice for your next stay in Exuma 10/10 highly recommended.

Stay booked at the last minute, Zoey was very responsive and responded within the hour to my request. Their listing is as described, no surprises. Zoye was very hospitable.

Great stay at Zoey’s place! The house was exactly as described. New, clean, and spacious! Not too far from local restaurants and bars, but I would recommend getting a rental car. Me and my friend had a great stay at Zoey’s, and would definitely recommend!

The house was extremely clean, and the location to a few local restaurants, the airport, and golf course could not be much better. Zoey had the space stocked out with everything that a family of four could need for a week's stay; we felt quite at home being there. The neighbors were very friendly, and Zoey was an amazing host, ensuring that we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely would recommend.
